jurisdiction clause：管辖条款／司法管辖条款。指合同或协议中约定由哪一个国家/地区的法院（或特定法院）对争议拥有审理权的条款；常用于跨境交易、服务协议、平台条款等。某些情况下也会与专属管辖或非专属管辖相区分。（相关但不同的概念还有 choice of law clause “法律适用条款”。）
